i’m gonna be in bed by 10:05…what a great time to be alive!
story of the day (as related to me by my cooperating teacher). so, the teacher i work with/for used to work for a residential school that housed troubled teens. apparently she was telling her sister why these girls had to be in this place. she said that these 12-13 year olds were doing drugs, drinking, and sleeping around. her little elementary aged nephew overheard and said “i wouldn’t mind sleeping around!”. he thought they were talking about sleepovers. the innocence of these kids…that’s why i love my job so much!
